Last Sunday was Shivaratri, One of the Hindu’s Festive which is celebrated all over India. There is a belief that Lord Shiva drank the poison which was spread out by the Raakshasas () and then all the other Gods took out the poison from Lord Shiva’s throat and were awake that whole night (as they do when the snake bites any person). So from then on this festive started and one has to be awake whole night doing bhajans of Lord Shiva. This look good to hear right ? :) but very difficult to follow it..
And that’s d intro of Shivaratri . Ok letme tell what I wanted to... Nowadays even the people will stay awake in the name of Shivaratri and do all the other things except praying the Lord. Even in d same way even I (with my friends troup near by home ) used to stay together on Shivaratri from past 4 years and do masti.
On Sunday, myself, Nandan met Deepak at his house at around 730PM hoping for Pannaga’s B’day treat as we start celebrating Shivaratri every year. But that didn’t happened as he was very busy with his pooja’s (acc to him) and no other buddies turned up as they were very busy in their own proffesional lifes. Then we 3 went to our usuall adda to eat PaniPuri but then even that gaadiwala was on leave (may b bcos of festive). Then we ate in the other Panipuri gaadi which was nearby and went back to our houses. While going back Deepak asked about staying together that night but we too were not in that actual festive mood as we were just 3. Even though I was very much interested in staying told NO with closed heart.
In my first year with my friends (2001) we played cricket in front of Pannaga’s house inspite of scolding from the neighbours the whole night. It was really fun. In the second year we played Carrom the whole night in Pannaga’s house as we remember the scoldings of previous year. Then in the third and last year (2005) we just stayed in Nandan’s house watching some movies and chatting about our golden school days mischieves. We use to visit atleast one temple of Lord Shiva for the name sake atleast every year.
This year all of us were graduated and working in different companies didn’t have time to do all these or didn’t want to do these as they have to getup early and go to work. I really didn’t know. Thinking all these and cursing my beloved friends, I reached my house with pain. My heart was pleasing me to call up all the friends and tell them “Lets stay together and celebrate the night”. But thinking that nobody can help with this new robotic/machined life, I just climbed my house’s staircase and had a festive dinner and slept.
Will the work destroys our colorful and joyful life - or - Do we spoil our life ourselves bcos of work ??
In our life WOMEN play a very vital role (both in Distructive and Constructive ways). I saw a movie by name "MY AUTOGRAPH" which is directed and acted by Sudeep (one of my favourite actor). Actually this movie is a remake of Tamil movie called "Autograph" which was directed and acted by Mr.Cheran. I got inspired to see the kannada version of this movie after seeing the tamil version (as I dont understand tamil fully).
In this movie there are around 3 important women characters which keeps changing the life of a hero from his failure to success which happens because he had crush on them in his life travel.
I think this is very much true in many of the cases in this world. In sometime or the other there will be a crush in every mans life which will change the life of individuals right ?
So my point here is -
a) DOES, THE WOMEN HANDLES THE MAN'S LIFE - or - b) WILL THE MAN DIG HIS PIT HIMSELF BY GOING BEHIND THEM
